Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pumping Tracker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the developer of Pumping Tracker.

2. License to use the app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

3. Not medical advice

The App helps you record and organize feeding and pumping activity. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Insights, schedules, and reminders are informational only. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, lactation consultant, or other healthcare provider regarding feeding, nutrition, or the health of you or your child. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the App.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups.
• You agree to use the App lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

5. Subscriptions & billing

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. The data you enter remains yours. These terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that data will never be lost. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
