1. Information we collect

Pumping Tracker is designed to collect as little as possible. The information involved falls into three categories:

Data you enter

• Feeding activity you log — pumping sessions, nursing, bottle feeds, amounts, times, and notes.
• Freezer stash entries, including bag volumes and dates.
• Baby profile details you choose to add, such as a name or nickname.
• Preferences such as goals, units, and reminder settings.

Data collected automatically

• Basic, anonymized usage and diagnostic events (for example, which screens are opened or if the app crashes) to help us fix bugs and improve the experience.
• Approximate device and app version information tied to those diagnostic events.

Data we do not collect

• We do not require an account, email, or phone number to use the app.
• We do not collect precise location.
• We do not sell personal information or share your health data with advertisers.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

• Provide the core features — logging, stash tracking, insights, and scheduling.
• Generate reminders and notifications you have enabled.
• Diagnose crashes, understand feature usage in aggregate, and improve the app.
• Process purchases and restore subscriptions.

3. Where your data lives

Your feeding logs, stash, and profiles are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud on your device, Apple may back up app data as part of your standard device backup, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not operate our own servers that store your feeding history.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the app. Each receives only the limited data needed for its function:

• Apple App Store & StoreKit — to deliver the app and process in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat — to manage subscriptions and validate purchases. It processes anonymized purchase identifiers, not your feeding data.
• Analytics & crash reporting — to receive anonymized diagnostic events that help us improve stability and usability.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own advertising.

5. Purchases & subscriptions

Premium features may be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your payment card details. Subscription management, billing, and renewals are controlled through your Apple ID account settings.

6. Children's privacy

Pumping Tracker is intended for use by parents and caregivers, not by children. While the app helps you track information about an infant, that information is entered and controlled by you as the adult user. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

7. Your choices & rights

• Access & export: You can view and export your logged history from within the app at any time.
• Deletion: Deleting the app removes locally stored data from your device. You may also clear entries individually inside the app.
• Notifications: You can disable reminders in the app or in your device settings.
• Diagnostics: You can limit analytics sharing through your device's privacy settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the app. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
